I assume MLB scouts observe the games in the league Mark Pope is in. Do many guys make a step from there back to the affiliated minor leagues?
The games are scouted. A few guys end up signing with MLB organizations. Brandon Boggs, for example, went from the Atlantic League to the Gwinnett Braves last summer.
