Younger sister of former Tech men's basketball standout Matt Harpring....an intense competitor who shows a great nose for the ball. 2003-2004: Recipient of the annual Mandy Miller Award. 2002-2003: Scored 14 points vs. Clemson 1/23....named ACC Rookie of the Week 2/24 after averaging 12 points, five rebounds and three assists in first two collegiate starts 2/19 vs. Florida State and 2/23 at Clemson. High School: Four-year starter at The Marist School finishing prep career as program's all-time leading scorer while surpassing 1,000 point plateau during junior campaign....Led the War Eagles to a 24-7 record her senior year, the best finish in school history, netting 20 or more points in seven games....Named the No. 61 prospect in the nation by the Blue-Star Index and was the No. 92 player in the country by the All-Star Girl's Report prior to senior season....selected to the 2002 Metro Atlanta Girls Prep Team of the Year by the Atlanta Tipoff Club....also named to the Girls All-State Class AAAA second team as well as first-team Region 5-AAAA....named honorable mention all-state three previous seasons by Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a member of the AJC's Metro-Atlanta preseason top-10 list for 2002....also a member of Street & Smith's preseason honorable mention All-America team and was a USA Today honorable-mention All-American....scored 11 points in the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association North-South Girls All-Star game 3/17 at Columbus, Ga.
