High School: Class A honorable mention All-Area selection for Fall 2001 season by the Lansing State Journal, along with Class A honorable mention All-State pick by the Detroit Free-Press....Named to the All-State Michigan North-South All-Star Game as a senior....Averaged 9.5 points, 8.6 blocks and 11.9 rebounds as a senior....Averaged nearly a triple-double as a junior recording 10.2 points, 9.2 blocks and 10.3 boards per outing in 2000....Led East Lansing to district titles in both her junior and senior seasons....Gained recognition after her junior season, earning a spot in the 2001 adidas Select Camp and being named as a Top-100 Player by the All-Star Girls Report in 2001....Lettered all four years in both basketball and volleyball, while also earning two letters in track as a sprinter....Captained all three teams for one year during her prep career....Was a three-time team MVP for both basketball and volleyball, earning first-team All-Area honors in volleyball....An outstanding student, Guerrant was a CAC all-academic team member for each of her final three years of high school and earned East Lansing High’s scholar-athlete award, along with being inducted into the national honor society.
