2007: Collected first collegiate hit with a double vs. Virginia Tech 3/10....did not see duty in April....went 3-for-5 with an RBI in his first collegiate start while filling in at shortstop for Michael Fisher 5/6 at South Florida....started the next five games at second base....belted first home run 5/13 at North Carolina....overall, hit safely in six of his seven starts....played for Covington Lumberjacks of Valley Baseball League during the summer....Member of the 2007 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

High School: A three-year letter-winner for Dan Perez and Mike Strickland at Marist School....Helped Marist to the 2006 AAAA State Championship game after finishing 2005 as the AAAA Region Champions....Named to the Georgia Sports Monthly all-state team and all-DeKalb County team in 2006....Also earned all-North Fulton County Area honors in 2006....Hit .402 with 18 stolen bases as a senior....Also a three-year letter-winner for football coach Alan Chadwick....Helped Marist to the Class AAAA Football State Championship in 2003....Named to the 2005 all-area team as a defensive back....2006 Baseball Scholar Athlete and six-year member of the Marist Honor Roll.
