Highly-regarded right-hander with good fastball and an excellent change up, and continues to further develop his curve ball.
2007: Enrolled at West Georgia College.
2006: Posted 9-1 record with six saves and a 2.39 ERA in 19 appearances (79 innings) for Southern Union.
2005: Made seven appearances out of the Tech bullpen as a freshman....enrolled at Southern Union SCC in Wadley, Alabama following season.
High School: An honors graduate and four-year letterwinner for coach Kenny Morris at Newnan High School as a pitcher....Rated as the No. 5 prospect in Georgia and No. 24 in the nation....A four-time all-region and all-county selection....Posted a 32-10 record and a 1.35 ERA in his high school career....recorded 373 strikeouts in 280.2 innings, holding opponents to a .180 batting average....Played two summers with the Ohio Warhawks and one summer with the East Cobb-based STM Striker team coached by former Tech catcher Eric McQueen.
