Alumni In Japan
- RF Matt Murton (.311) ended his second season with the Hanshin Tigers by going 0-for-4 with three ground outs and a fly out. Murton finished the year with 180 hits to once again lead all of Japanese baseball. He also finished second in the Central League batting race and was one of just nine hitters in the entire NPB to bat better than .300 during 2011.
